This offer applies to standard shipping to the 48 contiguous United States only. Excludes orders over $1500. The free shipping option will automatically appear in the list of shipping options on the checkout page if your order qualifies. All ordered items are shipped as soon as possible, usually within 3 business days. In the event one or more ordered items are not available and cannot be shipped, you will be provided a refund for those items not shipped.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it for a refund within 30 days. To be eligible for any return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please return unused items with a copy of your receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and the status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five days of approved receipt.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. If your item(s) is damaged or broken in transit, we cannot provide a refund of the item. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
For UPS deliveries, please contact us for instructions. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 15 days of receipt of your package to be eligible for refund or replacement. Please contact us at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you.
For USPS Postal Service deliveries, the postal service requires that you take any damaged items, along with your receipt and the packaging, to your post office to file a claim for reimbursement.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We will gladly exchange defective or damaged items.
